These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Airabits ("we") for using airabits.com and its services. By creating an account or buying anything you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Airabits for a university or company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

What Airabits does

Airabits builds adaptive skill tests from a university's course or a recruiter's job description, gives each student their own test, and turns results into scores, leaderboards and skill profiles. Results are one signal about skill: they are not a qualification, and we do not promise any admission, job or other outcome.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Give true details, keep them up to date and keep your password private. Each account is for one person.
• Your account type (university, recruiter or student) is set at sign up and decides what you can see.
• Tell us straight away at airabits2026@gmail.com if you think someone else is using your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Fair use

You agree not to:

• cheat on a test, take a test for someone else or help someone else cheat;
• pretend to be someone else or misstate your connection to a university or company;
• copy, share or publish test questions;
• upload material you have no right to share, or anything unlawful, harmful or offensive;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or collect data from it with bots or scrapers;
• use the service to discriminate unlawfully against anyone.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and may cancel results affected by cheating.

Your content and ours

You keep ownership of the material you upload, such as course outlines and job descriptions, and you let us use it only to provide the service to you. We own the Airabits software, design, logo and the questions we generate. You may use results and profiles for your own studies, teaching or hiring, but not resell the service.

Prices and payments

• Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars, and the amount at checkout is the full amount you pay.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. A purchase counts as paid only after Razorpay confirms it and we have checked it; you then get an invoice by email and in Purchases.
• We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects something you have already paid for.
• Your bank or card issuer may add its own fees, such as currency conversion, which we do not control.

Cancellations and refunds

Refunds are covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms takes away refund rights that the consumer law of your country gives you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Airabits running and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features; if we stop a paid feature you have not yet used, we will refund the unused part.

Our responsibility to you

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses such as lost profit, or for decisions others make using results. Otherwise our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

None of this limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, for death or injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Airabits and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. Payment records are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for changes that matter to you, tell you by email or on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before then.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India hear any dispute. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country and may bring a claim there.

Please contact us or our Grievance Officer first: most problems are solved quickly that way.
