Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once for each order, for the number of students, candidates or tests you choose. Nothing renews.
Does a longer test cost more?
Yes, a little. The price per person includes a test of 30 questions. Each further 10 questions add $0.20 per person, up to 200 questions.
How do university orders work?
A university buys seats for one assessment cycle: at least 20 students, in blocks of 10. Each seat is one student's test, so late joiners still have a seat.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of paying, before any of it is used, and you get a full refund. Failed or duplicate payments are refunded in full.
Where do I find my invoice?
You get a receipt by email, and every paid order has an invoice to download from Purchases.
How does payment work?
You pay through Razorpay's secure checkout by card, UPI, net banking or wallet. Card and bank details go straight to Razorpay; we never see or store them. Every payment is confirmed with Razorpay before it counts, and you get a receipt with your order number.
